New HVAC installations come with 10-year parts and a 5-year labor warranty. Ten-year labor is available if Walker Heating & Air Conditioning maintains the system. Repairs have a 2-year warranty, except for refrigerant repairs, which can leak out. We also have a 30-day worry-free guarantee; if we were at your home within 30 days, there is no charge to return.
